Samara's Birthday in Steamboat Springs, CO
We spent the weekend in Steamboat Springs, CO to do a little celebrating for Samara's birthday. Samara invited a two of her friends Zoya, and Breanna. Dade, Roan, Myla, Tyce, Carrie, and Grandma Nancy came with us. We left Friday night and returned home on Sunday. Our Saturday was filled with ice skating, tubing, cake, and swimming. The girls then spent the evening watching Twilight which Dade and Roan had given Samara some money to buy it. They stayed up till midnigh watching the movie. I think Samara has watched it at least three times since we have been home. Sunday the girls slept in till 10 am, while the rest of us enjoyed the beautiful weather and played out side.

Samara's 12th Birthday
Samara had a great 12th birthday. We had a small family party for her. She had one friend over Elena who won't be able to make it to Steamboat for her party next weekend. The day was beautiful in the mid 60's! She got everything she wanted....Guitar Hero, The Twilight book series, red converse shoes, music, a beach cruiser bike, and a bunch of gift cards. Who could ask for more at 12...
